Dr.Bürklin-Wolf is a big name in Germany. A historic company with strong ties to its territory. Harvested by hand in September, stainless steel tanks are used for the vinification phase. While for the maturation phase, part of the wine remains in neutral tanks and part is put into wooden barrels. The result is a wine characterised by a beautiful bright ruby red colour, with fine aromas of cherries and notes of tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth it is juicy and fruity. Pleasantly fresh, this wine combines high quality with great drinking pleasure.
