    "Blangè" Arneis Langhe DOC 2025
    • Ceretto's Blangè Arneis Langhe DOC is an elegant and refined expression of the Arneis variety, grown in the heart of the Langhe, one of Italy's most prestigious wine-growing regions. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes from vineyards that enjoy an ideal climate and mineral-rich soil, elements that give the wine a unique freshness and great aromatic complexity. Vinification in steel, with temperature-controlled fermentation and light cryomaceration, preserves the fruity and floral notes, highlighting the purity and elegance typical of this wine. The use of indigenous yeasts and long ageing on its lees make Blangè harmonious and well-structured, with a minerality that makes it particularly versatile in pairing with seafood, shellfish or fresh vegetable dishes. The result is a wine with a bright straw yellow colour, which opens on the nose with delicate hints of white flowers, white fruit and citrus, enriched by a slight mineral nuance. On the palate, freshness, sapidity and elegance are perfectly balanced, creating a wine that captivates with its cleanliness and long finish. Blangè Arneis is a tribute to the tradition of the Langhe, but also a modern and organic vision of viticulture, reflecting Ceretto's innovation and passion for the territory and wine.

The Ceretto winery was founded in the 1930s. At that time, Riccardo Ceretto, who did not own any vineyards, made wine by buying grapes from other growers. The turning point came when his sons Bruno and Marcello joined the company, immediately convinced of the importance of “owning” their own land. Bruno and Marcello had in mind the vineyards of Burgundy, where excellent wine had been produced for over a century thanks to a model that took into account the unique characteristics of each vineyard. In the 1960s, Bruno and Marcello began mapping the land where the best wines came from and buying vineyards. And they never left the land. Bruno and Marcello handed down to their children a masterfully preserved territory that, over time, has become a model that the whole world is watching.
