Blanc de Lissart is produced in the hills of Barge, in the hamlet of Assarti, from a native white grape variety that reflects the most authentic and tranquil side of the Pinerolo area, characterised by small vineyards, manual labour and precision in the winery. Harvesting in crates and delicate vinification, with cold maceration and ageing exclusively in steel, preserve the purity of the fruit and the identity of the territory.
