"Villata" Roero Arneis DOCG 2023

Although Piedmont is known worldwide for the quality of its great red wines, there is no shortage of opportunities to try a good white wine. In particular in the Roero area where, thanks to the Arneis grape variety, very pleasant wines are obtained, perfect with lunches and aperitifs in company. Arneis is an autochthonous variety, i.e. typical of the area, which lends itself to various processes, both in still and sparkling versions. In the case of this DOCG Villata, proposed by Vite Colte, here is a wine characterized by a beautiful light straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by sweet scents reminiscent of vanilla, cotton candy and fresh flowers. In the mouth, however, it proves to be a fresh wine, thanks to the pleasant basic acidity, and elegant. Fragrant and fruity, the finish is reminiscent of Bavarian cream and honey.
