    Ishvara Lugana Brut DOC
  • The care put into the production of this interesting Brut sparkling wine is absolute. And you can tell on the fly the moment you pop the cork and pour the first glass. It comes from Turbiana grapes, that is Trebbiano di Lugana, pure, harvested slightly earlier than the full maturity to preserve the freshness of the final wine. Harvesting is done by hand, in crates, to preserve the integrity of the bunches until they reach the cellar. Then the grapes are carefully washed to remove any residual pollutants from the surface of the skin. Only then are they sent to vinification, with the soft pressing of the entire bunch. The sparkling process takes place in the bottle, in fact, it is a classic method, and lasts for a period of about 48 months. We then proceed with the dosage, using a wine-based liqueur that is very respectful of the product. The end result is an interesting sparkling wine characterized by a beautiful pale straw yellow colour, with a fine and uninterrupted perlage. The nose is dominated by the most delicate scents of flowers and fresh bread. In the mouth it is pleasantly savoury, creamy and full. A beautiful bubble to put on the table if the menu includes fish or dishes with a delicate flavour. Perfect with sushi in the company of others.
