"Pischl" Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2023

Pischl is a rosé proposed by Cantina Bolzano. Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a fresh and fruity wine that can also be served slightly chilled as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes. It is produced by processing selected grapes in cantinas in the area's vineyards, which are located around 250 metres above sea level. In this case, the harvest begins in the second part of September. The best grapes are brought to the cellar for processing. Vinification begins with a gentle pressing phase, followed by a short maceration. The white fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. What is obtained is a wine characterised by a beautiful cherry pink colour of medium intensity. On the nose, the bouquet is fruity, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Then floral notes of violets and hints of marzipan. On the palate, it is elegant, with a balanced structure, fresh and savoury. Its strength is undoubtedly its versatility. Suitable as an aperitif, it goes well with cold starters, beef tartare, pasta and pizza. Also perfect with vegetarian dishes.
