"Rosa" Vino Rosato

The one presented here by Cantina Bolzano is a very special wine, perfect for those who do not like wines that are too strong. It is, in fact, a Rosato Dealcoholised, with an overall alcohol content of less than 10 degrees, which makes it possible to enjoy a glass in company, without the risk of overdoing it. It comes from a selection of local red grapes. Harvested a few days in advance, they are soon delivered to the cellar to be sent for processing. It starts with a gentle pressing, followed by brief contact with the skins. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and partial dealcoholisation that eliminates the alcohol but not the pleasantness of the wine. In the glass, it has a beautiful Provençal pink colour. On the nose, delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, with hints of almond paste and rose petals. In the mouth, it is pleasantly fresh and elegant, with a balanced savouriness. A perfect aperitif wine, on the table it satisfactorily accompanies both meat and fish menus.
