Tenuta Guado al Tasso is located near Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast, in one of the most densely populated wine-growing areas for international critically acclaimed wines. A unique microclimate created by the proximity of the sea and the hills that not far away offer shelter from the cold. This rosé comes from the vineyard known as Scalabrone, named after the bandit who lived in this area in the early 1800s. A sort of local Robin Hood who attacked the ships in the ancient canal port of Bolgheri. The base, as is right for the territory of origin, is all international. A skilful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes that are vinified in steel to enhance their freshness and the most pleasant notes of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry.
