Testarossa is a Rosato, Terre Aquilane IGP, proposed by Cantina Pasetti. A wine that is lively in colour and fragrance, but at the same time knows how to express great elegance. The grapes used to produce this wine come from the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Capestrano, within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. This area is characterised by high temperature excursions, which preserve acidity and improve the synthesis of aromas. The soil, then, of a pebbly-sandy matrix, is ideal for giving the wines minerality and sapidity. In the glass it has a beautiful bright cherry-pink colour. The nose surprises with a fine bouquet reminiscent of cherry, raspberry and wild berries. In the mouth it is fresh and fragrant, with excellent acidity and high sapidity, well balanced by the right softness. A versatile rosé, it pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes.
