100% Chardonnay from the Valle de Casablanca, one of the most appreciated regions of Chilean viticulture. It is produced by Ventisquero, a young local company that has already been able to be appreciated by international wine critics. A very nice and easy to recognize Chardonnay. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose has all the main descriptors of the grape variety. One recognizes, in fact, apple, honey and a pleasantly buttery note. In the mouth it is fat and satisfying. Balanced in all its components, it is well supported by a natural acidity that makes it fresh and satisfying. Ripe fruit and butter notes return in the finish.
