  • Sensations Ruby red of medium intensity. Complex and elegant olfactory picture ranging from ruby red of medium intensity. Spices to ripe red fruit, with light notes of spice flowers to ripe red fruit.
  • Vinification Cold pre-fermentative maceration of the crushed grapes for about three days, after which alcoholic fermentation is induced with the inoculation of selected yeasts. When the sugars have completely dissolved, the wine is drawn off and matured in steel for 70% and in 500-litre tonneaux for 30%. It matures until July when it is bottled and allowed to rest in the bottle for a further 10 months.

  • This Pinot Noir is a celebration of Grandma Albertina's legacy of elegance and determination, embodied in every drop of this extraordinary wine. Its deep ruby colour, like a tribute to memories tinged with passion, introduces you to a sensory experience that reflects a family history. On the nose, it opens with enveloping aromas of ripe cherries and blackcurrants, paying homage to the winemaking tradition of Angoris. The first sip is a tribute to oenological mastery and the strength of family ties, with elegant tannins dancing on the tongue, perfectly balanced with notes of vanilla and spices. Each glass is a journey through time, an ode to the past gracefully handed down. The persistent finish, enriched by nuances of chocolate and light hints of tobacco, underlines the nobility of Pinot Noir.

    Tenuta di Angoris has been located in the municipality of Cormons since 1648, the year in which the Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III of Habsburg thanked Locatello Locatelli for his service in the 30 Years War by donating 300 fields in the area known as 'Langoris'. Today, it is Marta Locatelli who runs the family business, thanks to the collaboration of oenologist Alessandro Bologna, who is in turn assisted by a dynamic and cohesive staff. The Tenuta's 75 hectares of vineyards are located in the most suitable areas for regional viticulture (DOC Friuli Isonzo - DOC Friuli Colli Orientali - DOC Collio). The Angoris Estate started a long time ago on a path aimed at respecting the environment and natural resources. Since 2017, in fact, they have been able to boast S.Q.N.P.I. recognition - Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata (National Quality System for Integrated Production) - an agri-food production system that uses all means of production and defence of agricultural production from adversities, aimed at minimising the use of synthetic chemical substances and rationalising fertilisation, in compliance with ecological principles.
