Bourgogne Pinot Noir

From the heart of Burgundy, and from one of the wineries whose hard work contributes, harvest after harvest, to maintaining the region's high level of quality, comes this fascinating pure Pinot Noir. A fresh interpretation of the noble French grape variety, elaborated in this case only in steel so as not to deprive the finished wine of the freshness of the initial fruit. An expressive and easy wine, which comes from a soft pressing of the grapes and a subsequent fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins. In the glass it has a beautiful, luminous ruby red colour. The bouquet is delicate and fragrant, with typical aromas of small red berries, cherries and slight hints of undergrowth. In the mouth it is agile, full-bodied and with fine, almost impalpable tannins. A wine characterised by a lovely long and pleasantly fruity finish. To appreciate it to the full, there is nothing better than a roast veal or a nice fish, provided that it is tasty enough. Full-bodied
