A 100% Chardonnay, white sparkling wine made only from white grapes, it is the result of blending grapes from the greatest Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Here, the soils, rich in chalk, and the perfect exposures allow the Chardonnay to reach perfect ripeness, maintaining freshness without lacking in sweetness and aromas. And this cuvée, in particular, represents precisely the 'quintessence' of a well-born Chardonnay. Champagne Millésimé, therefore produced from a single vintage. In this case 2012, which was excellent although very difficult due to the adverse weather conditions that characterised the entire ripening cycle of the grapes. A champagne with great ageing potential that will acquire more and more complexity as time goes by. A bottle to share with friends and enthusiasts, especially 'connaisseurs' of the magical world of Champagne. Excellent right from aperitif time, it can accompany delicious goat cheese, courgette and pine nut flans or, for lovers of tradition, even simple spaghetti allo scoglio.
