The setting is the Oltradige plateau. We are between 250 and 450 metres above sea level. Here Sauvignon Blanc matures well, pampered by a mild but cool climate that favours slow maturation and the appearance of the best aromas. The winegrowers of the St. Pauls Winery know when to harvest it to obtain the maximum concentration of the fruit and the valuable varietal notes that are so appreciated by enthusiasts all over the world. Vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, it is a beautiful, lively straw yellow colour. The nose is characterized by its pleasantly fruity aromas, ranging from gooseberry to tropical fruit. There is a hint of vegetable, elderberry and sweet spice. In the mouth it is particularly gratifying. Rich and soft. Even juicy, with a pleasantly mineral finish.
