Emilia like Trentino and Alto Adige. Emilia is the land of excellent white wines made with Sauvignon grapes. Like this Perticato il Quadri proposed by Il Poggiarello. Produced thanks to a special technique, cryo-maceration, which allows the extraction of the finest fragrances without the risk of ruining the initial framework. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks. The result is a pleasantly aromatic wine characterized by a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose has notes of elder and beeswax. In the mouth it is intense and concentrated. Sweet fruit and mineral notes dominate. An easy wine to pair. It is the perfect companion for a plate of spaghetti with seafood and main courses of fish. It does not lack versatility.
