Call it Weissburgunder, as they do in the San Paolo/Appiano area, or more simply Pinot Bianco, as we are used to in the rest of Italy. The important thing is that the wine of the evening is as fresh and pleasant as the one offered here by Kellerei St. Pauls. To the eye, it reveals a bright and lively straw yellow colour. The nose shows a very typical bouquet, with primary notes of ripe fresh fruit ranging from green apple, to peach as well as pear. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh, well supported by a natural acidity. Full-bodied, warm and structured, with a long finish that prolongs the pleasure of drinking for several minutes.
