"Unoaked" Chardonnay Jordan 2022

Gary and Kathy Jordan have been producing high quality wines since 1993. We are located on a major agricultural estate, with a history of over 300 years, in a unique geographical location. In fact, the winery is located in the foothills, and the vineyards are at altitudes ranging from 160 to 410 metres above sea level. What makes it even more magical is the relative proximity of the oceans, Indian and Atlantic, which positively influence the climate, guaranteeing mild temperatures with a beneficial maritime influence. But the beauty of the place is not enough. In Jordan, in fact, the immense natural resources are complemented by innovative management, of the fields and the cellar. The reference style is that of the great Burgundy wines, with the use of noble woods and long fermentations that take place spontaneously in the cooler area of the underground cellar.
