"The Big Top" Chardonnay

For once, we have the chance to taste a pleasant Chardonnay from California that has not been aged in wood. On the contrary, this fresh and aromatic white wine retains all the fragrance of the initial fruit, with notes of citrus fruits well integrated with those of ripe tropical fruits. A pleasantly gratifying wine from the very first sip, where it reveals itself to be fine and fruity. There is an excellent correspondence with what was previously perceived on the nose, namely mango, pineapple, green apple and lemon. Perfect as an aperitif, this Chardonnay is a good accompaniment to both vegetarian and fish dishes. However, it is also a good enough match for simple white meat dishes. Perfect, for example, with a chicken or turkey escalope and the classic breaded cutlet.
