Bordeaux Cuvée Grands Vignes Blanc AOC 2021

Most people, who knows then why, when they think of the Bordeaux region think exclusively of the great reds produced there, not caring that a good chunk of excellent Bordeaux wines are the offspring of white grape varieties. Like this Cuvée Grands Vignes, Bordeaux that comes from a blend of equal parts Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon grapes, with 20 percent Muscadelle. True champions of French viticulture, but not only, these grape varieties complement each other to perfection, resulting in a wine of rare pleasantness and great personality. In the glass, it is a beautiful pale yellow color, with greenish hues to emphasize its freshness. The nose reveals itself to be expressive, with pleasant aromas of fresh fruit and lemon. In the mouth, however, it is well balanced, between roundness and freshness. The finish is long and pleasant, making this white a perfect companion to simple and not overly savory dishes, such as white meat main courses or vegetarian dishes. Finally, excellent with Asian cuisine.
