Crane Lake Cabernet Sauvignon

From the heart of California comes this satisfying Crane Lake-branded Cabernet Sauvignon. A place, the Saint Joaquin, Central Valley area, characterized by a particularly flat profile. It is here, where the sun beats down hard for several months each year, that most of California's farms are located. The Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Crane Lake ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and is only placed in wood for a few months before bottling. Intense ruby red, the nose is pleasantly fruity and characterized by flavors of blackberry, cherry and raspberry. Only at a later stage are slight vanilla undertones noticeable, resulting from the brief passage in the barrel. In the mouth it has good body and soft tannins. If an all-meat menu is planned, this is the bottle to have on hand.
