Crane Lake Chardonnay 2020

San Joaquin Valley, Central California, is the native land for the Chardonnay grapes used to process this interesting wine by Crane Lake. Harvest of grapes at full maturity and vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel. All with full respect for the starting fruit and its most typical varietal notes. Thus was born a very enjoyable and richly fruity white. In the glass, it has a beautiful light straw yellow color. The nose is highlighted by its rich bouquet of scents, with notes of pear, sweet melon, vanilla and fresh butter. In the mouth, however, it is rich and rewarding. Ripe fruit and citrus notes return in the finish. Decidedly balanced in all its components, this Chardonnay leaves a pleasant memory in the mouth for a long time. To do it justice, it should be paired with simple fish dishes. But it is also suitable as an aperitif.
