  • Made from grapes mostly harvested in the Mendoza region, this is a white wine that can be a nice alternative for those looking for a fresh and immediate wine. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 hours in a pneumatic press at 10º C, with the addition of dry ice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts for 15 days at temperatures between 15 and 17ºC. It remains in brief contact with very fine lees to gain complexity. The nose reveals an intriguing bouquet that ranges from juicy to tropical fruit, with mango, pineapple and passion fruit in fine evidence. In the mouth it is vibrant and very fresh. A perfect companion for aperitifs and simple appetisers. Good on its own, it knows how to make us happy if paired with a board of not excessively seasoned cold cuts or fresh cheeses. A suggestion for those who want to try a particular combination is to serve it with a nice buffalo mozzarella from Campania, not too cold and left in its preserving liquid until it is brought to the table. A real treat.

Since 2005, therefore, Vincenzo, Rosalia, Sebastian and Miguel have been running their winery personally, producing excellent wines for various international markets. They can count on around 350 hectares under vine, divided into several plots, cultivated according to eco-sustainable practices to preserve the environment and the natural balance. In the cellar, all the most modern technologies do the rest. Thus are born the wines of Bodega Finca Agostino, excellent in quality and concentration.
