The latest addition to the great Prosecco universe, this sparkling wine has a base of 90% Glera grapes to which is added a part of Pinot Noir vinified in red to give it its colour. Pale pink and bright, this Prosecco reveals a lively perlage and a persistent mousse. The aromas are of good intensity, with recognisable notes of white flowers and small red fruits. Then apple, pear and a hint of citrus. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant. Suitable as an aperitif, it is perfect with starters and light fish dishes.
