Cleto Chiarli, on the contrary, just put the name of the historic vineyard of about 13 hectares on the label, from which the grapes used to produce this "Vigneto Cialdini" come, to show to the many fans of Lambrusco that what they are about to taste is not the usual product. This Grasparossa is considered to be the highest expression of this extraordinary grape variety. The grapes, selected and harvested by hand, are pressed and vinified at a controlled temperature in the winery. Secondary fermentation proceeds slowly and the wine is bottled only after an adequate period of refinement. The result is a wine with a lively character, capable of surprising due to its many facets.
