This Rosé Champagne was born out of Dolorès Fuenté's love for this type. A veritable explosion of charisma and joy that is elaborated by Baron-Fuenté from 60% Chardonnay grapes to which Meunier and Pinot Noir are added in equal parts, the latter vinified in red. After processing the base wine and bottling, this Champagne matures in the bottle in contact with its lees for about 5 years until it reaches the right complexity. After disgorging, the added dosage is 8 grams of sugar per liter. Which makes this sparkling wine pleasantly dry but not extreme. In the glass, it has a beautiful bright pink color with copper reflections and fine bubbles. The bouquet is rich and intense. Reminiscent of small red and black fruits, pastry and especially butter cookies. In the mouth, however, it is above all fruity and lively. Rosé Dolorès is best appreciated as an aperitif, fresh and light, on a beautiful sunny day. It is also perfect to accompany simple desserts, such as red fruit tarts or a fruit salad. It brings with it that touch of elegance that everyone really likes.
