The region is the best known for the production of quality wines in Argentina. We are in Mendoza, and more precisely in the area known as Valle de Uco. It is here that Callejón del Crimen cultivates its vineyards. In particular, those of Cabernet Sauvignon, used to produce this interesting red 'Reserva'. We are located at an altitude of around 1100 metres above sea level, in conditions that are unique and particularly favourable for growing vines. Harvesting is done by hand and super careful processing of the grapes as soon as they reach the winery. After vinification, the wine is left to rest for a long time in French oak barriques, acquiring pleasantness and complexity. The result? Simply excellent. Delicate yet complex, this red wine has soft, velvety tannins and aromas reminiscent of white pepper and tobacco.
