Marchese Manodori takes its name from the ancient governor of Reggio Emilia who resided on the Venturini Baldini estate and is a modern Lambrusco, made from organically grown grapes, dry and not sweet, and created from a blend of four different Lambrusco grapes. Marchese Manodori represents one of the highest expressions of Lambrusco Reggiano.
On the hills between Reggio Emilia and Parma, Venturini Baldini has been a producer of organic sparkling and semi-sparkling wines since 1976.
