The Taittinger Brut Prestige cuvée is a blend developed from about fifty different crus and composed of 40 percent Chardonnay and 60 percent Pinot from vintages of different years perfectly brought to maturity. This high proportion of Chardonnay is extremely rare among the great sans année champagnes, it is therefore an honor for Maison Taittinger to create such a prestigious non-vintage brut. The Brut Prestige cuvée is distinguished by its blunt bouquet and balanced aromas. Its finesse, exuberance and liveliness in the mouth make it a champagne for every occasion. The body is bright, golden straw yellow in color. The bubbles are fine. The froth is discrete and persistent. The nose, very expressive and open, offers both fruit and brioche notes while also outlining aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The attack in the mouth is lively and fresh, very harmonious. This is followed by flavors of fruit and honey in a delicate expression. Brut Prestige, which acquires its full maturity over the course of 3-4 years of aging in the cellar, holds excellent aromatic potential.
