We are east of Florence, with the Apennines as a natural backdrop. This is where the Pomino Estate, which dates back to 1500, is located. In this magical place, the vineyards enjoy a unique terroir, thanks also to their slight elevation which makes them among the highest in all of Tuscany, thus benefiting from a cool and breezy microclimate. Here Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco are skilfully combined to give life to the most classic of wines, Pomino Bianco, a champion of finesse and elegance thanks also to a moderate transition in barriques. In the glass it is a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fruity, citrus and tropical notes on the nose. In the mouth it is mineral, fresh and with good persistence.
