Marcel Cabelier creates this interesting Côte-du-Jura Chardonnay "Vieilles Vignes." A white wine with beautiful character, produced by pure processing of grapes from old vines. Plants capable of producing few clusters, characterized by a high concentration of aromas. Superior quality that the winery's winemaker manages to preserve and enhance perfectly in this white from the Jura region. We are in the southeastern part of the country, outside the most famous wine regions of France, where, however, it is easy to come across (as in this case) wines of great personality and value. Vinified in stainless steel with strict temperature control to preserve all the goodness of the original grape variety, this Chardonnay is a white characterized by a complex array of aromatics, with notes of ripe fruit, nuts and that characteristic buttery undertone that lovers of the noble Burgundian grape variety so enjoy. Excellent, if tasty fish and white meat dishes are on the menu. Try it with one of the classic Mediterranean fish soups.
