Similarly, this Passerina IGT proposed by Torre del Nano is the right wine for those seeking intense emotions. It is made from pure Passerina grapes, harvested when fully ripe in hilly vineyards with good exposure in the Offida area. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and ageing, again in stainless steel, on its fine lees until bottling in March. The result is a beautiful wine characterized by its straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The aromatic range is rich, from fresh fruit with white and yellow flesh to tropical fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is even more interesting, with aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit, well balanced by a subtle but pleasing acidity. All in perfect balance and with a nice persistence that prolongs the pleasure of drinking for several seconds.
