    "Lucrezia" Passerina Marche IGP 2024
    • Lucrezia comes from the hills of Ripatransone, a white wine that embodies the authentic spirit of the Marche region. Grown at an altitude of between 280 and 400 metres, the pure Passerina grape expresses its most sincere elegance here. Careful vinification, with soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, preserves the aromatic nuances of the grape variety intact. The result is a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections, bright and inviting. The nose opens with acacia flowers, yellow peach, pear and citrus fruits, accompanied by a delicate mineral note. On the palate, it captivates with its freshness, sapidity and balance, offering a soft and harmonious sip. Perfect as an accompaniment to aperitifs and seafood dinners, it also pairs well with white meats and fragrant, structured dishes. Served at 12°C, it expresses all its liveliness.

The Le Caniette winery, located in the heart of the Marche region, in Ripatransone, is an example of how passion, experience and a deep connection with the land can give life to wines of great character. A history of skilled hands and respect for nature. A family business, now in its fourth generation, with a genuine spirit. An “artisanal” approach that combines farming wisdom with the latest innovations. The goal? To express the full potential of native grape varieties, without forcing them. The Le Caniette vineyards are located on rolling hills, in an enviable position: a stone's throw from the sea, close enough to feel the breeze, but with a unique microclimate that combines Mediterranean influences with cooler ones. The soils, rich in limestone, sand and clay, give the wines a minerality and structure that make them unmistakable. This particular balance between soil, climate and love for the vine translates into wines that are the true expression of the Marche terroir. Another fundamental aspect of their production is their commitment to sustainability. Le Caniette has been practising certified organic farming for years, a choice dictated not by fashion but by a deep conviction that respect for the environment is the only way forward. This philosophy is reflected in every detail, from the use of natural products in the vineyard to the choice of eco-friendly packaging. It is a tangible testimony to their motto: “those who forget how to care for the land forget themselves”.
