A rosé of tradition, this Cuvée proposed by Maison Jean-Marc Bouche comes from a blend composed of 85% Cuvée Brut Spéciale to which 15% red wine, from the same region, is added. Specifically, this is a Coteaux Champenois AOC, made from the same grapes as the famous sparkling wine but vinified still. From this successful blend comes a wine characterized by a perfect balance of aromas and fragrances, ideal both as an aperitif and when paired with delicate fish or white meat dishes. Great, for example, with classic deviled chicken or delicate grilled salmon. The appeal of this rosé, however, does not stop there. Like all of the small Champagne House's products, this Cuvée is the result of a special "reasoned viticulture" that aims to reduce waste in the countryside in order to increase the environmental sustainability of the winery. Excellent value for money, fine workmanship and attention to the environment are all good reasons not to pass up this interesting bubbly "made in France." Santé.
