The philosophy of Dario Coos, a talented Friulian winemaker, can be summed up well in one sentence: "to produce important wines from historical local varieties with production and vinification methods that are based on tradition but that sometimes go beyond this to obtain something unique". Tradition, therefore, but also a lot of innovation and a desire to experiment. The world of wine, after all, is just beautiful for this. In the vineyard, 14 hectares in all, even though a conventional viticulture is adopted, the attention towards the environment and the territory is deep. In the cellar, on the other hand, there are modern facilities and new technologies to delicately vinify the finest and most fragrant musts.
