The philosophy of Dario Coos, a talented Friulian winemaker, can be summed up well in one sentence: “to produce important wines from historic local varieties using production and vinification methods that are based on tradition but that sometimes go beyond this to obtain something unique”. Tradition, therefore, but also a great deal of innovation and a desire to experiment. This is what makes the world of wine so beautiful. In the vineyard, a total of 14 hectares, even if conventional viticulture is adopted, the attention to the environment and the territory is profound. In the cellar, on the other hand, there are modern facilities and new technologies to delicately vinify the finest and most fragrant musts. The fruit of so much effort are about 70 thousand bottles a year. Tidbits for true enthusiasts.
