Khnott Lagrein Trentino DOC

We are in the upper Vallagarina, one of the most interesting wine-growing areas of Trentino. This is where the Lagrein grapes used to produce this very pleasant wine come from. Autochthonous for at least 500 years, in Trentino Lagrein is traditionally grown in the sunniest vineyards. Khnott is the result of a classic red wine vinification, with a medium-long period on the skins, necessary to obtain a fragrant wine of an intense ruby colour. Ageing in steel and oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. If the colour is typical, the scents recall red fruits and violets. In the mouth it is rich, full and robust. It is characterized by a long persistence that makes it the perfect companion for nice dinners with friends based on meat and game dishes.
