Ageing in large oak vats gives the wine great balance while maintaining its aromatic intensity. Petit Clos di Clos Henri presents itself in the glass with a beautiful ruby red colour. The nose reveals youthful and fresh aromas of strawberries and red fruits that evolve into subtle notes of spices and liquorice. In the mouth it is initially dominated by plum and cherry aromas, with hints of spice and roasting. The slender, juicy tannins balance well with the sweetness of the fruit. Try it with a simple pork fillet.
