It is a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier that reflects the Maison's most authentic identity. The grapes come from different parcels to build complexity and aromatic depth. Partial vinification in wood adds structure without weighing down the profile. Ageing on the lees gives finesse and a creamy texture. In the glass, the bubbles are subtle and persistent.
