  • An aperitif capable of creating a beautiful harmony. A glass of sparkling wine pleasantly flavoured with the juice of mandarins from the Tardivo di Ciaculli consortium. This particular variety, which owes its name to a hamlet in Palermo, and to the long ripening period, is a Slow Food Presidium.

    "Alles trinken Canella weine." A simple and direct slogan that today would probably go unnoticed among the giant photographs of winking models. But at the end of the 1950s in Italy that billboard on the streets of the Veneto coast, in Jesolo, is a symbol of unprecedented modernity. The wines to drink are those of the Azienda Canella, of course, created from the initiative of a visionary Luciano Canella only a few years before, in 1952. Wines that are easy to drink and really appeal to everyone. This is the fil rouge of all the bottles branded, even today, with the big "C" turned into a waiter serving drinks.
