"Melarosa" Spumante Extra Dry

For Cantine Due Palme this Melarosa Spumante Rosé Extra Dry represents a great experiment. A bubble of great pleasantness obtained from Negroamaro grapes, the most loved of the autochthonous vines of the territory. An experiment born from the collaboration with well-known Venetian wineries, experts in sparkling wine production and which today, thanks to new important investments in the cellar, is 100% vinified in the Cellino San Marco estates. Melarosa is the rosé bubble par excellence, with a fresh and sparkling taste. The colour is bright and brilliant, made even more beautiful by the presence of abundant bubbles that rise from the bottom of the glass towards the surface. The nose reveals delicate aromas, with fresh and fragrant hints of small red fruits, but also floral and very pleasant. In the mouth, however, it is delicate, soft and balanced. A wine of pleasant freshness and acidity that can accompany with pleasure every aperitif and evening in joy. The winery's experts, however, also suggest pairing it with delicately flavoured dishes, such as a fillet of steamed cod or, as the ultimate delicacy, with a fresh burrata, with turnip tops, anchovies and scampi.
