Harvesting is done by hand, with a strict selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, and the grapes are transported to the winery in small crates. Temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the goodness of the varietal and give life to a wine characterised by a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, the typical aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers stand out, with citrus notes in clear evidence.
