This is the case with this SanLeoRosso, a wine proposed by Borgo San Leo, a company that belongs to the Zonin family. The result of processing local red grapes, SanLeo presents itself in the glass with a beautiful, bright ruby red colour. The nose immediately reveals a captivating perfume of beautiful freshness. Pleasantly vinous, it surprises with the richness of fruity tones reminiscent of fresh, ripe red fruit. In the mouth, it is appropriately dry, full and generous. Excellently balanced in its components, soft and round. Persistent and slightly tannic. Excellent throughout a meal, it is perfectly matched with savoury first courses and risottos. Also excellent with moderately mature cheeses.
