In the countryside, he mainly grows local vines, such as Aglianico del Vulture, an indigenous grape that represents the region's oenological excellence. Thanks to a unique terroir of ancient volcanic origin, the wines acquire a complex structure and great minerality. The heart of the business is the Finocchiaro Winery, designed by Japanese architect Hikaru Mori, a perfect example of how architectural art can integrate with winemaking tradition. The winery, modern and innovative, is designed to host not only the wine production phases but also cultural events and tastings.
