    • Sensations It has a bright straw yellow colour with marked greenish reflections, with a fine and delicate perlage; on the nose it recalls notes of Granny Smith apple, wisteria and acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant with a particularly fruity aromatic return.
    • Vinification The whole grapes are placed into the pneumatic press and the must obtained from gentle pressing, after an initial racking, is transferred into temperature-controlled tanks where it remains until used for sparkling wine production.The must, with selected yeasts from Villa Sandi, is placed in temperature-controlled vessels where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. In this way all the aromas of the harvest are enhanced. Once the desired alcohol and sugar levels are reached, fermentation is stopped through cooling and only after 120 days of ageing on fine lees the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.

    • Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG La Rivetta 120” by Villa Sandi is born in the most suitable heart of the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a unique landscape where viticulture climbs steep and sunlit slopes, now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This Extra Brut takes shape from Glera grapes grown in particularly exposed vineyards, on limestone and marl soils that give tension and aromatic precision to the sip. The name “120” refers to time: the days of ageing that allow the wine to develop greater complexity while preserving its fresh and distinctive soul. In the glass it appears bright, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. On the nose it expresses elegant notes of green apple, white flowers and citrus nuances, while on the palate it reveals a dry, precise and vibrant structure, supported by clear and persistent minerality. It is a Prosecco with character, where the Extra Brut style enhances the purity of the fruit and the verticality of the terroir, without any concession to sweetness. Perfect for high-end aperitifs, it naturally accompanies fish dishes, raw seafood and simple preparations, enhancing every nuance.
