Harvested by hand, in small crates, in mid-October. The grapes are then taken to the cellar where, after a stop in temperature-controlled cells, they ferment in steel for about 20 days. Ageing takes place in second-passage barriques, giving the wine complexity and softness. Ruby red with garnet highlights, the nose offers an explosion of aromas: pulpy red fruits, fresh violets, sweet spices and an intriguing mineral background. In the mouth, the wine is warm, full-bodied and harmonious, confirming the notes perceived on the nose.
