Rosso dei Notri is an interesting Tuscan wine from the Tua Rita winery. A wine which, as its creators describe it, is able to transmit the character and personality of the terroir of the Colline Metallifere. It comes from a blend of grapes, with the classic Sangiovese that in this case integrates well with a trio of great international vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. It is considered the entry wine "to the world of the Tua Rita winery", also because it is obtained from the youngest vineyards on the estate, those that have yet to mature to express their full potential. Intense ruby red, in the glass it immediately reveals a pleasantly intense and fruity bouquet. However, it is when it is tasted that Rosso dei Notri manages to surprise everyone thanks to its decisive character and good body. A wine that is easy to drink, it can be served with a simple platter of cold meats and cheeses or with a tasty first course. For lovers of traditional flavours, the combination with a dish of "pici" cacio e pepe is certainly an excellent choice.
