This very pleasant white wine comes from the careful processing of Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc. All vines grown on the estate, 'estate' grapes. Piedmont DOC Chardonnay, the bottle is transparent so that those who buy it can immediately appreciate its beautiful nuances. Straw yellow with golden hues, the nose reveals essences of white flowers and sensations of fresh fruit. In the mouth it is soft and fragrant, with a slightly acidic note that enhances its distinctiveness. It comes from a soft pressing, with cold maceration for 24-48 hours. This is followed by fermentation, again at a low temperature, and an ageing period of about 4 months, in steel tanks, "sur lie", with regular bâtonnage. It goes well with delicate first courses, fish-based main courses and white meats. Also perfect for lovers of veg cuisine.
