  • Only when the Syrah grapes reach perfect ripeness on the Sallier de la Tour estate are they harvested and carefully selected to give life to one of the estate's most representative wines. Fermentation in steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature between 25 and 30 degrees. Malolactic fermentation carried out completely to make the wine even more rounded and smooth. Then a long period of aging, for over a year in French oak barrels followed by another 6 months (minimum) in bottle. The result of all this work is a very pleasant red wine with a variegated olfactory profile and a recognizable hint of spice and black pepper.
