An incredibly versatile grape variety, grown in a unique place in the world. From a marriage like this it is hard to imagine that a mediocre wine could be born. If, in the cellar, there is all the experience of a family of winemakers for generations, success is simply guaranteed. This is how this Chardonnay offered by Sordo is born. The grapes come from the company's vineyards in the municipality of La Morra. Processed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and fermented on the lees ensure greater complexity to the finished wine. In the glass, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense, fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it is dry and down to earth. Well structured and pleasantly acidic. A delicate and elegant wine, excellent as an aperitif but also perfect with appetizers and light first courses. Sublimation, however, comes with a mouthwatering pairing with shellfish and a simple coquillage.
