Son of a careful processing of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Langa and meticulously transformed thanks to the Metodo Classico. Perfect at any time, to celebrate special occasions or lend a touch of uniqueness to any moment of the day, this bubbly of great character matures in the bottle for no less than 30 months before disgorging and final release. Straw yellow rendered brilliant by a dense perlage, the nose reveals a wealth of floral sensations, accompanied in this case by clear and recognisable hints of exotic fruit. In the mouth it is delicate and well balanced in all its components. Pleasant is the discreet aftertaste of toasted bread. Good already today, it is not afraid to mature for another 2 or 3 years in the cellar before being uncorked. On the table it will accompany fish or white meat dishes.
